Three classes in three weeks. Mention it in the message and we will apply it. One per person, mat classes only.

Gabby reads this before you arrive rather than during. Nothing here rules you out of anything.

We reply within a day. We never pass your details on and we do not run a mailing list, because neither of us wants to write one.

How do I book my very first class?
Send the form. We will reply with two or three classes that suit what you have told us, hold you a space in whichever you pick, and send the health form. You pay on the day.
Can I just turn up?
For a mat class at the hall, usually yes, and there is nearly always a spare mat. For reformer, no. Six beds means six people and they are booked.
Do you have parking?
Forty free spaces at the village hall, gravel by the barn, and the community centre car park in Lewes. None of them charge and none of them fill.
Is there anywhere to change?
Yes at both Ringmer venues, though most people arrive ready. The barn has a shower that works and a hook that does not.
Can I bring my baby?
To Bump & Back, absolutely, and plenty do. Other classes are adults only, mostly because sixteen people rolling backwards is not a safe place for a crawler.
Do you teach one to one at home?
Within about ten miles of Ringmer, yes, for matwork, and it is £75 rather than £62 to cover the driving. Reformer has to happen at the barn for obvious reasons.
Do you do vouchers?
Yes, any amount, valid for a year, and we will post a proper card rather than emailing a PDF. Ask in the message box.
